Return Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We currently do not offer refunds under the Australian Consumer Law for Change of Mind. However, if the parcel is deemed lost by Australia Post or your local carrier (must be able to confirm this with us) we will arrange for a new product to be sent out to you, or a replacement for the items you purchased (including the shipping fees) if transit cover is selected at checkout. If your parcel is lost in transit, we can offer you a full product replacement at no extra cost. No refunds will be issued at this stage as Australia Post holds the authority to determine the degree of compensation.

EXCHANGE & DAMAGED GOODS

Due to hygiene purposes, we cannot accept change of mind returns and refunds, however we will arrange for a new product to be sent out to you in the case that your item arrives faulty or damaged. If item is damaged, please send us a video within 10 days of receiving your order* and we will issue a new product to be sent to you within 2-4 business days. ALLERGIC & REACTION

Caution: Very occasionally people have allergic reactions to certain ingredients within products they haven’t used before and they can vary from customer to customer. Please check ingredient before purchase online for any allergises. After ordering, patch test a small area if skin. If irritation develops discontinue use. See your health care professional, Aloe Vera Cosmetics Australia reserve the right to request a doctors’ letter and/or photo of the reaction.  AVCA has the right to make final decision of the outcome. As a gesture of goodwill, we will exchange the value of the product which caused an allergic reaction by Gift Voucher
